Virtual Courts, hearings and work from home

The functioning of courts via virtual medium has increased the productivity of young lawyers, particularly women lawyers.

Unprecedented times call for innovation. After all, necessity is the mother of invention. Over the past few months, COVID-19 and lockdown have demonstrated the efficacy of online courts and virtual hearings. The Supreme Court, the Parliamentary Committee on Law and Justice as well as numerous international jurists and judges have praised the success of online courts and virtual hearings across the world.

In this webinar, we seek to discuss and learn from experiences of eminent members from the bar and bench on virtual hearings before Indian courts. We will also discuss how online hearings will assist lawyers in managing their caseload, homes and lead more fulfilled and satisfying lives.
