Apart from the economy of cost and time, mediation and conciliation offer several other advantages to the parties. Some of these advantages are confidentiality, speedy settlement and resolution of disputes and preservation of the relationship.
We believe Mediation is the way forward for India and this webinar is an effort towards discussing the jurisprudence on this issue vis-a-vis MSMEs and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
